The entire process was very smooth. My kitten was expensive but it is the going rate and they are absolutely beautiful and are raised with a family. Pam's kittens are gorgeous and are raised around kids and dogs so it was easy for my baby to acclimate to our household.

As far as I am concerned you are very fair and professional! You have some amazing kittens that are well socialized. I had a very easy process with you. You made it very simple after I learned how to sign the contracts online, but you helped me every step of the process. Sorry I was not technically inclined however you taught me well! Everything went smooth and pickup was perfect and I was able to tour the cattery. Thank you for your attention to details and insights.

The kittens are not diluted in bloodline which is difficult to find. I did purchase a kitten from another breeder in 2019 and after speaking with the vet and looking into it, there was some outside breeding going on. We love him all the same and he is very close with the kitty we received from NMMCC but it was a lot of money to spend to not get what I thought I was getting. You receive so many updates with videos and photos of your baby from NMMCC and unlike another breeder I have dealt with I had to pry them to give me photos and updates on how my kitten was doing. I love now NMMCC is very transparent about everything which is such a stress relief for the process and seeing how your kitten is doing on a weekly basis. Each kitten from each litter has their own photo album on Facebook which is amazing that someone would take the time to make. I saved all of my little ones photos and framed a couple at the time before we had gotten her to add to our family frame that I have in the living room. I'm still happy to have those first few photos and videos of her being a tiny tot.

The whole process from waitlist to delivery went very smooth. Communication was great with weekly pictures/videos. Pam was always available to answer any of my questions. My kitten Dexter came to me very well socialized and was a pure joy!

We brought home brothers. The process was smooth and everything was perfect. If you could somehow make the time go quicker that would be great! The communication, pictures and videos were awesome!

I feel that the waiting list and contracts are set up perfectly. Everything is very easy to understand and access. It was a smooth process and the price of my kitten was very fair comparable to other pricing I've seen. Pam is very friendly and I could not ask for better communication and updates on my kitty. She way always able to answer my questions right away and the weekly picture updates were my favorite.
Being a first time owner of a Maine coon the price was so much more reasonable than other breeders. But now that I'm an experienced Maine coon “owner” (they own me) I feel like I underpaid for him. His health has always been great. His beauty is so on point and his temperament is amazing! The first day he was home with us within 2 minutes he crawled into my lap and looked me in the eyes as if he was just in love with me. His temperament makes for an amazing emotional support pet, he is always at my side. I couldn’t have gotten a more perfect baby!

New Mercies is a great place. They are family oriented and treated me like family. Pamela has answered all of my questions and gave me answers that I didn't now I needed! She is very knowledgable and to this day will still be there to help me or give me information that I need. Thank you Pam for all of the caring and support you offer.
